Rent-to-Own Agreement

Plum Grove Music, LLC (PGM) agrees to sell in a “Rent-to-Own” Contract: ______________ Model: ______________, Serial: ______________valued at ______________. The selling price is $______________ + tax = Total $______________

Monthly payments will be made for a period of ______________ months, beginning ______________, and ending ______________ at a monthly rental fee of $______________ with free maintenance and repair (M&R), and a Final Payment of $______________. Monthly total with tax is $______________.

The renter has the option to give back the instrument kit, in good condition, normal wear accepted, at anytime during the rental period, owing nothing more then what they have paid, as long as payments are up to date.
It is the responsibility of the renter to return the instrument to PGM if they do not wish to continue the contract. PGM does not prorate rental or M&R fees.
The M&R covers scratches, normal wear, accidental breakage, and any adjustments to the instrument. The M&R also covers loss due to fire and theft subject to proper documentation. In the event of damage due to abuse, neglect, malicious or careless actions, or repairs made by anyone other than Plum Grove, the renter will be liable for all payments left on the instrument, and our cost of replacing the instrument. The Plum Grove repair staff will determine if such damage was the result of any of the aforementioned activities.
Payments are due by the first of each rental period. A late fee of $5 will be charged for payments not received by the due date.

The renter may have the option, at any time while renting, to payoff the instrument and receive a 30% discount off the current balance.

In the event that the renter is delinquent for more than 30 days in payment they will be responsible for the list price of the instrument they were renting, all unpaid rental fees (including late fees), and any legal and/or miscellaneous fees incurred by PGM to acquire the restitution stated above. PGM is authorized to charge the renters Credit/Debit card to obtain such compensation.

PGM reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time.
